Just a short drive from Costa port, you’ll find frequent boats and water taxis to Spetses, making island escapes easy and convenient.



The Space:

Pentathlon Villa 2 is a stylish three-level villa designed for comfort and relaxation, offering beautiful sea views and a peaceful setting—ideal for families and groups.



First Level

The lower level features two bedrooms and one bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with two single beds, making it a flexible setup for both families and friends. A private parking space for one car is also available.



Second Level (Main Living Area)

The middle level hosts a bright open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, seamlessly connected to two outdoor spaces:



East Side: A lovely dining area with a small private pool (2.20 x 4.20 m, 1.10 m depth), overlooking Dokos Island. This space is ideal for sunbathing, relaxing, and enjoying meals with a stunning sea view.

West Side: A comfortable sitting area with natural shade, perfect for breakfast or a quiet morning coffee. A private BBQ is also located here, ideal for casual outdoor dining.



Third Level

The top floor offers two bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom. Both bedrooms share a balcony with sea views—an inviting spot to unwind and take in the scenery.



Shared Spaces

A shared BBQ area (subject to availability) is located in the central patio of the complex, with views towards Spetses.

Guest Access:

Pentathlon Villa 2 is equiped with a Barbecue grill, a private pool, a kitchen, a TV an air condition and complimentary Wifi.



The host will be there to welcome you and check you in upon arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Pentathlon Villa 2 is 3 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. (Costoula beach). Around the Pentathlon development, guests can enjoy by walking distance, two more equally beautiful beaches. In a radius of 10km Guests can also enjoy the Aghios Emilianos beach, Hinitsa beach and Ververonta beach.

This boutique development is located in Costoula, 7 km away from the cosmopolitan Porto Heli. 10 minutes drive. Costoula is a private and picturesque area, which only numbers a few unique Villas.

The Neighbourhood is ideal for relaxing family holidays near the crystal clear blue waters of the Aegean sea.



Getting Around:

Guest would need a car to get to Pentathlon Villa 2 and around the area. The closest restaurant is 4 minutes drive. All the shops, supermarkets, grocery shops and restaurants are in Porto Heli port which is 8 minutes drive from Pentathlon Villa 2.

Pool safety warning:

Please note that the pool does not have any safety guards for children/infants. The property can provide you with a safety net, upon request, which you will need to install. By finalizing your reservation, you accept that you are the only one responsible in case of any accident and not the property.

Housekeeping and linens change is available every three days . This service is included in the once off cleaning fee.



Pentathlon Villas are a 3 minute walk to Costoula beach, one of the most secluded and beautiful beaches in the area. Within walking distance of Pentathlon Villas are two additional area beaches.

A quick car drive away you’ll find Agios Emilianos (Saint Emilian) beach, Hinitsa beach, Ververonta beach, Kounoupi beach and Linmanakia beach.



Pentathlon Villas are located only 7 km from Porto Heli port.



To reach Porto Heli town centre where all the restaurants, supermarkets, and local grocery shops are, it is only an 8 minute drive.

Upon arrival guests will find a House manual and a guidebook, where they can find all the details they might need during their stay; relating to: restaurants, transportation, activities, maps, boat or car rentals, historical and cultural information, excursions, special occasions, health and safety etc.
