With its renowned oyster port, Bourcefranc le chapus is a dynamic town facing the sea. Fort Louvois is a must, we call it the little brother of Fort Boyar!, not to be missed as well as the alleys of the old chapus lined with hollyhocks around the old port.

Logement irréprochable sur la propreté. La piscine est très agréable avec sa terrasse couverte pour le déjeuner. Nous avons apprécié le terrain de jeux. Les pièces intérieures sont très grandes. Nota : les basiques seraient les bienvenus : sel, poivre, gel savon pour au moins un lavabo.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très bien située et au calme. Elle est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée même s'il manque quelques accessoires dans la cuisine ( presse purée, mixeur... par ex) La terrasse également est très agréable. Dommage qu'il ne faisait pas assez chaud pour profiter de la piscine qui faisait très envie Location à recommander

A truly fabulous stay

We have stayed a lot in France in different accommodation and I can say this property has been by far the best one! Fabrice the owner was very accommodating and helpful. We have two little boys meaning we wanted a secure and safe environment. The boys loved the pool which was secure meaning we didn’t have to worry about them getting into it. They also loved the playground at the back of the house. Cleanliness of the property was super. The area was great with lots to do - we spent most days on ile d’Oléron beaches.... long sandy stretches with turquoise waters. I would highly recommend this property to people with children or without, it’s very well equipped! We hope to come back next year!
