Vatican Court is a studio apartment ideal for living in an authentic Roman context, a comfortable stay just a stone`s throw from the Vatican Museums and the subway stop, in Rome`s Trionfale district.

The apartment is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, heating, hair dryer, TV, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, kitchenette with microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle and refrigerator.

The newly renovated apartment is a single room of 40 square meters, with living area and sleeping area well separated by a small partition.

The living area has an open kitchenette, dining table and chairs, 1 single sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. The sleeping area is furnished with double bed, bedside tables, closet, mirror, TV. A shower room completes the apartment.

The studio apartment is located on the fourth floor of an elegant apartment building without an elevator.

The studio apartment Vatican Court for vacations and short stays in Rome is located in the courtyard whose entrance arch directly overlooks Piazzale degli Eroi, an important junction of the Trionfale district, which connects the Vatican and the Monte Mario area.

It`s less than a 10-minute walk to St. Peter`s Square and the entrance to the Vatican Museums, one of the world`s most famous museum complexes, which houses the Sistine Chapel.

The area is also served by the Metro A station - Cipro, which quickly connects with the historic center and Termini station. The area is therefore lively and well-connected.


- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- No one other than registered guests may enter the apartment, not even for a short period of time.
- It is forbidden to smoke and organize parties.
- The apartment is located in a condominium and it is forbidden to make noises that could disturb the neighbors between 10pm and 8am.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
