This flat is located in the Victoria Building, on Calle Victoria, in the traditional La Victoria neighbourhood, within Málaga’s Centro district, at the foot of Mount Gibralfaro. It is a historic and central location, just a 15-minute walk from the historic centre and Calle Larios, with a wide range of cultural, culinary and shopping options in the surrounding area.

The flat, situated on the sixth floor on the interior side of the building, features an open-plan layout comprising a living room, an open-plan kitchen and a dining area with a table for four. The living room is at the far end and has two windows facing outwards, providing plenty of natural light. Upon entering, a hallway leads to the rest of the flat: on one side is the separate bedroom with a queen size bed (1,50 x 1,90 m), and at the far end, next to the living area, a full bathroom with a shower and a window.
