We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! The apartment was very clean, spacious and being equipped with two bathrooms which was a game changer. The host was very responsive with any questions that we had which made the experience stress free . The location is incredible having everything you need is right there while also feeling private. The host was incredibly helpful and supportive. Highly recommended!

Home was well located within the old town of Monopoli. Enforce during our state there was an issue with the hot water, host kept trying to fix it, but it did not resolve itself. The home was not generally clean either. Would not come back.

Il problema dell’acqua è stato risolto con tanto di prove a dimostrazioni varie. La casa poco pulita l’abbiamo trovata noi al vostro checkout. Sappiamo come lavoriamo e i complimenti che ci fa la gente sulla pulizia della nostra struttura. Stessa cosa riguardante i nostri servizi e l’attenzione che diamo ai nostri ospiti. Siete stati gli unici ad aver trovato difetti che in realtà non esistevano. Da host, sottolineo io la brutta esperienza nell’ospitare gente come voi che inventa storie per bruciare il lavoro di qualcuno che cerca di far stare sempre bene i propri ospiti. Ma ad ognuno il suo. Vi invito io a non tornare per dare spazio a qualcuno che apprezza ciò che ha a disposizione
