Shanti Sea House is located on the promontory Monticello, with the east-facing veranda on which there are the private pool (3 x 2), outdoor shower, dining area and relaxing lounge.
The accommodation is a modern solution, equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, underfloor heating, hair dryer, smart TV, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker.

Shanti Sea House is an exclusive abode for relaxing stays. The name is inspired by Sanskrit: "shanti" means peace, tranquility, harmony.
The house is on two levels, connected both from outside and inside.
The entrance floor is the mezzanine level, accessed by external stairs. Here there is a large living room with an open kitchen, dining room and relaxation area furnished with 1 single sofa bed and a wall equipped with 42" smart TV.
A small hallway leads to the shower room and 2 double bedrooms, both with direct access to the balcony and complete with TV.
The ground floor is accessed either by external stairs or by an internal spiral staircase. Here there is the second equipped kitchen that directly overlooks the large veranda and the pool, as well as the second shower room.

Shanti Sea House is located in the northern part of Polignano a Mare, 400 m from the monument to Domenico Modugno, one of the most characteristic vantage points of the town, overlooking Lama Monachile.
Moving on foot, in just 350 m you can reach Cala Paguro and the renowned "natural pool" to dive into Polignano`s blue sea.
Shanti Sea House allows you to live your vacation in Polignano in maximum freedom as it is easily accessible by car and without stress: you can use the parking space inside the structure. In 10 minutes on foot you can reach the historic center of Polignano with its cliffs overlooking the sea.
The location is perfect for experiencing the town to the fullest, but also for exploring other destinations such as Monopoli, Locorotondo and the beautiful Alberobello, with its magnificent Unesco-protected trulli. The beautiful beach of San Vito overlooked by the well-known Abbey is only 3.6km away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from April to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
