The house has a living room, lounge, 2 bedrooms (4/5 beds), 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge,) panoramic terraces overlooking the sea (150 sqm), solarium, WiFi connection (fiber) free and unlimited, air conditioning, heating. Tastefully furnished, parquet floor. The residence is available for stays from € 70.00 (discounts for single couple, for cyclists we have a free adjoining room for storing bikes / canoes).(SMOKING NOT ALLOWED) (PREFERIBILEMNTE IN THE MONTHS OF JULY AND AUGUST -CHECK IN SATURDAY-CHEKOUT FRIDAY OR SATURDAY)
