A brand-new luxury villa located in Agkeria, in the peaceful southern part of Paros. Just a few minutes’ drive from the charming fishing village of Aliki and the popular Farangas Beach Club, the villa offers the perfect balance between privacy, comfort, and easy access to some of the island’s best beaches and seaside restaurants.

The entire house is yours during your stay, no space is shared with others.

We are fully at our guests` disposal during their stay.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If smoking outside, please use the provided ashtrays, as dry vegetation increases the risk of fire, especially in summer.

Toilets: Please do not flush toilet paper, tampons, nappies, or any other items. Use the waste bins provided.

Towels: Bathroom towels are for indoor use only. Please use them as intended.

Energy Conservation: Avoid overloading the power supply, as power cuts may occur in Paros during peak season due to limited infrastructure.

Water Usage: Tap water is safe for cooking and brushing teeth, but we do not recommend drinking it.

Marble Surfaces: Avoid contact with lemon, vinegar, or acidic substances, as they can cause immediate damage to marble surfaces.
