Villa Layla is a contemporary villa built in 2016 and located in the Omiš area. The villa is carefully thought out, from the furnishings to the artwork and makes the most of the views on offer. The generous living spaces begin with a living room; the space is bright and airy, with a fireplace adding a cosy ambience. There is a dining room with space for everyone to socialise together, connected to the kitchen, where you can prepare summer feasts for everyone to enjoy! With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out, making the most of this spacious property. The bedrooms offer views and comfortable spaces where you can lie in whilst sunlight floods through the windows. There is also a sauna and a gym for your use.
 
Outside, a large heated swimming pool is waiting, ready for you to hop in! Boasting beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea and the mountains, it is hard not to relax in such a remarkable setting. The swimming pool is connected to a hydromassage jacuzzi, providing you with your own private spa during your stay. On the terrace, there is an outdoor shower and a toilet. The terrace still has an attractive arbour with a fireplace, and the romantic, atmospheric pergola is perfect for enjoying the evening sun whilst sharing a bottle of wine. Villa Layla is located on the hills behind Sumpetar. The closest shops and beaches are about four kilometres away. Omis, about seven kilometres away, is a small Central Dalmatian town and harbour located between Split and Makarska, situated in the mouth of the Cetina River, surrounded by gorges. Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Pool heating is included in the rental price and will be turned on by the owner, it is not necessary to request at time of booking. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
