This detached villa is very delightful and sunny. It is located in a peaceful area close to the sea and the city centre and offers an enclosed garden with parking space. Ramon, the gardener, regularly waters the flowers, rakes pine needles, mows and waters the lawn so that travellers can find an immaculate environment. You can also find a barbecue, a roofed terrace allowing eating outdoors, view of the sea from the terrace on the first floor, a living room, a sofa-bed, flat screen television, Astra satellite decoder, an equipped kitchen, and a shower room. You will also find 2 bedrooms, 1 with a bed of 140 cm and the other with 2 twin beds. The mattresses are very comfortable, hypo-allergenic, orthopaedic, and anti-acarid. There is a large cupboard in each bedroom. Washing machine and a fridge-freezer of large capacity.

Vinaroz: It is an important fishing harbour with trawls arrival every day of the week. If you like fish, it will be a real pleasure to taste and enjoy the great variety of fresh fish every day. There are many beaches the sea front, and it is possible to do scuba-diving. The villa offers many activities, hiking, many
typical and speciality restaurants, many boutiques favouring shopping, a large market on Thursdays, central covered markets with fish, local fruits and vegetables, meat, and regional cooked pork meats.
Close to the apartment building, you will bind: MC DO, a Hyper, and a mall with all shops. The hinterland is very attractive.

J'y revisiterai sans hesitation.

Nous sommes tres contents d'avoir passé nos vacances dans cette appartement. Vinaros est une ville tres amicale, l'appartement est parfait (pour une famille de quatre personnes) et notre communication avec Arlette Latour s'est passé sans probleme. L'appartement se situe 3 minutes des plages locales. Ces plages sont plaisantes, propres et attirantes. Les plages majeures de Vinaros se trouvent 1km de l'appartement. C'est une promenade tres plaisante. L'appartement est sans faute. Vinaros reste intacte, sans etre pollué par trop de touristes. C'est un gout du vrai Espagne. Arlette est totalement sympa. Si nous deciderons de passer une vacance en plus en Vinaros, nous aurons aucune hesitation de louer cette appartement. Je le recommande sans hesitation.

Un lieu très agréable pour de bonne vacance

C'est la deuxième année que je viens dans cette location, je suis venue en 2015 et cette année à la même période sur mai et juin. J'aime vraiment ce lieu, l'appartement est propre, bien rangé. J'apprécie particulièrement la terrasse avec vue sur la mer où je faisais mon yoga tout les matins au chant des oiseaux. Il y a un parking à l'ombre pour la voiture et les plages ne sont qu'à 2 minutes à pieds, un régal. Le centre de Vinaros est très agréable, il y a un marché couvert avec fruits et légumes locaux, deux magasins bio en ville où vous pourrez vous faire masser par Denise, une très bonne masseuse. La propriétaire est très chaleureuse. Chaque fois que je suis venue ici je me suis bien ressourcé. Basanti

Nette Ferienwohnung

Alles soweit top. Nette Vermieterin. Nettes Wohnviertel etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum. Strand in nächster Nähe. Netter Gärtner, etwas nerviger Nachbarshund und eine nicht so reinliche (dafür problemlos bei der Übergabe) Putzfrau. Evtl. Bettzeug und Messer selbst mitbringen. Preis/Leistung voll in Ordnung. Kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Grüße und Danke an Arlette, uns (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind und 1 Hund) hat es gefallen.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines de vacances excellentes La proprietaire très agreable et le logement particulièrement bien équipé ,une literie neuve et confortable,proche des plages Chaud mais pas trop avec une petite brise bien agréable Une petite ville bien sympatique ,plein de petits restos pas che, ;une belle promenade le long de la mer Tout est réuni pour des vacances réussies

Having been a restorer for more than 20 years, currently retired, I spend the summer time cultivating my vegetable garden for my whole family as well as the conserves and jams for the year. During autumn, I also like looking for mushrooms, and in winter I help my sons with the skiing businesses in the Pyrenees. During the rest of the year, I paint and participate in exhibitions. I have never remained doing nothing. With my husband, we take care of small home maintenance.

Why they chose this property

This property for rent is a family house that I have restored in 2011. With Spanish-descent mother's grandparents, I feel very attached to this region and the Spanish culture as well as my sons and my husband do. When we have an opportunity of coming to Vinaroz, we spend a few days relaxing. It is a good place to live in any season. Usually, there are parties, a carnaval in February, in March for Fayas (typical local festivities in Valencia) the religious festivals with their precious costumes during Easter, etc. In addition, during the summer there are special celebrations and tourist activities. Spain is full of life both during the day and at night.

What makes this property unique

I love this house because it is full of memories of loved ones who have passed away.
Everything is close to the city, in a residential area, serene, planted with trees, full of flowers, clean, and close to the sea. It offers an organised beach front for sports, beaches with shower, and sunbathing in a deck perfectly integrated to the landscape. There are not buildings along the sea front, only villas.
I like this house because when I want to stay a little quiet and rest, I can read or sunbathe in the grass being not overlooked. The atmosphere is very peaceful.
