We loved the rental being right on the river!!! It was so peaceful hearing the river. We also loved having such a nice porch to relax on anytime. The house was well stocked with everything that we needed to make our vacation special. The fenced yard was an extra bonus with our dogs. We would recommend this rental as being a great place to enjoy all that Red River offers!!!

The cabin was so peaceful and nicely put together. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than we expected. The best part was siting on the back porch and watching all the birds, chipmunks, deer, and wild turkeys with their babies. The place was very peaceful and inviting. Like a home away from home. We cant wait to visit again.

Great house! We loved the back porch and the creek. The on demand water heater was a plus when we returned from riding side by sides. The gas grill was a treat too. The dining table was wonderful for game time!

Great location. Nice deck/porch next to creek. The sound is so relaxing. We loved it. Plenty of space in living/kitchen area for all to relax and enjoy. Great place for the dog as well.

The cabin was beautiful and roomy. Only issue we had was a leak from the kitchen sick. I notified the manager and they sent a Plummer to fix it. I would defiantly stay there again.

Super cozy cabin from the front of the cabin to the back porch you could sit on both sides of the house and it was just inviting

Rocky Top Rio was a great cabin. It was cozy and clean. We enjoyed having the windows open at night listening to the river flow. We really enjoyed our stay there, and would do so again.

Rocky Top on the Rio

This property is absolutely beautiful inside and out! The river runs right off of the deck in the back. So peaceful and calm. Our family loved it and would stay there again.

It was clean, roomy, and easy to find. We loved listening to the stream each night! We kept our bedroom windows open! We didn’t like not having a TV upstairs in the kids room. The other guest room TV only had a couple channels. Everything was fully stocked and plenty if wood for the fireplace and fire pit. For the price, a hot-tub on the back patio would have been wonderful.
