About this property

Fern Hill - Close to Village and Beach

Puffin Cottage Holidays proudly presents Fern Hill, a lovely 3 bed holiday home hidden amongst Swallow Tree Woods with the bonus of a 1 bed annexe down below the house itself, which is perfect for any family members/friends who need their own time and space. Fern Hill has national park owned woodlands on two sides, which gives a pleasant outlook and private feel to the property.

Fern Hill is only a 10-12-minute walk to Saundersfoot village boasting an award-winning beach, picturesque harbour and wonderful array of cafés, shops and pubs. Or you can take the walk down the woodland path and via the sandy Glen beach when the tide is out instead of walking along the streets.

Fern Hill is also perfectly located for exploring the best of Pembrokeshire's diverse beaches, historic castles and family attractions– most of which are within a 25-minute drive.

Saundersfoot offers a true beach town vibe, with a pretty harbour, family-friendly beach, as well as lovely local cafes, restaurants and shops. Just a few miles away, Tenby, with its iconic colourful harbour, medieval town walls, and award-winning beaches you will find a gorgeous blend of culture and sea air. Both towns are connected by the scenic Pembrokeshire Coast Path, making it easy to explore their beauty on foot while soaking in some of the best views in Wales.

Pembrokeshire offers a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation, from ancient castles to wildlife-rich islands, sandy beaches and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Path, the only coastal national park in the UK, where dramatic cliffs, hidden coves, and scenic walking trails stretching for miles.

The nearby towns of Narberth, Amroth or a bit further afield St David's, the smallest city in the UK, can be easily reached by car, if you feel like a change of scenery.

Fern Hill is tucked away on the edge of Swallow Tree Woods, offering a peaceful retreat in a truly picturesque setting. This detached property is wonderfully spacious, both inside and out, making it ideal for relaxing breaks or family getaways.

As you walk up the steps and step through the front door, you’re welcomed into a generous hallway. Perfect for kicking off flip-flops after a beach day or slipping out of walking boots after exploring the surrounding countryside. There’s ample space for coats, shoes, and all your outdoor essentials, ready for your next adventure.
