Why they chose this property

I chose Flic en Flac because it has the best of Mauritius in one spot. You get a long white sand beach with calm water for swimming, plus all the restaurants, shops and nightlife within walking distance. It’s lively but our gated residence is quiet. Sunset from the beach here is unbeatable, and you’re 30 min from Casela, Tamarin and Chamarel for day trips and boat trips.

What makes this property unique

Our apartment combines location with comfort. Most apartments give you either sea view or pool view. We have both from the private balcony. The residence has a pool and lush garden, but you’re still a short 5 min walk to Flic-en-Flac beach. Full kitchen, AC in all 3 bedrooms, fast WiFi, and outdoor lounge sofas mean you can truly live here, not just sleep. Gated security and open private parking included.
