Welcome to Skegness Group Accommodation, a spacious 5-bedroom house designed for bringing people together. Sleeping up to 10 guests across 9 beds, it’s a great choice for family holidays, multi-generational getaways, groups of friends, hen and stag weekends, birthdays, anniversaries, reunions and other special occasions.

At the heart of the house is the spacious lounge and dining area, giving your whole group somewhere to relax, eat, chat and enjoy time together. Whether you’re catching up after a day exploring Skegness, sharing a celebratory meal or settling in for an evening together, there’s plenty of room for everyone to gather.

The large, fully equipped kitchen makes catering for a group easy, whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading out, cooking a family dinner or putting together food and drinks for a special celebration.

Outside, there’s a small private yard providing additional space to step outside and enjoy some fresh air.

Celebrating something? You’re very welcome here. We want guests to be able to enjoy birthdays, anniversaries, hen and stag weekends and other special occasions together. Celebrations and get-togethers within your booked group are welcome – we simply ask that only registered guests included in the booking attend, with no additional visitors or externally invited party guests.

The house is equally suited to guests who simply want to spend quality time together, making it a flexible choice for extended families, multi-generational groups and friends looking for somewhere they can all stay under one roof.

With the beach, shops, restaurants and Skegness attractions within easy reach, you can enjoy everything the area has to offer before returning to your own group space.

Please note the house is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply.

Please be mindful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum in the garden area.

Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.
