Enjoy a stay at this 3 unit suite/3 bathroom in the Fontainebleau's Sorrento Tower. Boasting over 2000 SF of elegant luxury, these adjoined units are the paradigm of entertainment and modern comfort.

The 3 adjacent suites are on the top most floor of Sorrento Tower (19th fl). This 3 unit listing is comprised of 2 connecting junior suites (550sq ft each) and an adjacent large L-shaped 2 queen bed suite (830sq ft.)

The 2 regular junior suites sleeps up to 4 people each, between the king size bed and the full size sofa bed and the third unit is a special junior suite with 2 queen size beds and a full size sleeper sofa sleeps up to 5 guests. You can also rent an extra rollaway bed from the hotel for $60/n each plus tax.

Layout: A large a Junior suite with 2 queen size beds and 2 adjacent Regular Junior suites. All units have a full size pull out sofa bed each.

Beds: 3 Junior suites have: 2 king size beds and 2 queen bed and 3 full size sofa beds. It can sleep up to 13 guests with extra beds rented from the hotel for $60/night plus tax. (maximum 3).

Guests will enjoy all hotel amenities including pools, lounge chairs, Lapis spa access (2 for each unit), beach-front options, fitness center, shops, hair salon, many restaurants, legendary LIV nightclub, room service.

Below hotel charges/fees are displayed in the VRBO total, however they are only charged on the premises:

2. Hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge:

DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS CHECK OUT CLEANING: $530.10 (no service provided during stay).

Every other day cleaning is available at the cost of $240/cleaning + tax, plus additional mandatory check out cleaning fee of $530.10

Mandatory cleaning fee and hotel transient rental fee are charged by the hotel upon departure.

Additional linens, towels, etc. can be ordered by calling housekeeping during your stay.

We do not charge a cleaning fee at the time of booking, but this fee is displayed on VRBO to inform guests of the total cost of reservation . The cleaning fee and transient rental fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel, and are subject to change, MUST be confirmed by the guest at check-in with the front desk agent. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning, preference must be communicated by guest upon check-in. Unfortunately, cleaning fees can't be waived.

Guest Access
The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($100/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), and 2 LAPIS Spa access passes ($200 value) for each unit. Limited pool access wristbands are included in the rate: 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $100 per wristband for weekdays and $200 per wristband for the weekends) - the hotel limits wristbands per unit. The only hotel charges not included are rollaway bed costs, wristband charges above those allotted to the suite and valet parking. Additional wristbands above those included in the suite: $100 each weekday/$200 each weekend (hotel-imposed limit per unit).

Other details to note:
HOTEL POLICY: A credit card is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $250 per day per unit. This is not a charge, merely an authorization to cover for mandatory check out cleaning fees, on site spending signed to the room, and as a security deposit for any damages. The amount is released at the time of check out. This listing consists of 3 junior suite apartments.

While Fontainebleau is the primary place to “see and be seen” in Miami, please take these events, the corresponding sound factor and its possible impact on your stay (i.e. volume of guests, reduced availability for restaurant reservations), into consideration when choosing your dates.
