The property is accurate to the photos. Kitchen is well stocked and it was great to have a second full bath with shower in this size unit, which I have never seen in any other. Host was nice and accessible!

Great Place to Stay!

I went with two colleagues on a business trip to San Jose and we rented this condo. It was only a 10 minute trip to downtown and in the middle of a great area. Lots of restaurants and shops and a fun place for walking! We pushed back the time for our arrival multiple times and each time, Monnie promptly responded and accommodated our request. The condo had everything we needed: comfortable beds, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. It was impeccably clean, the wifi worked great and it was quiet at night. Highly recommend!!!

Family vacation

I never got the email with the door code and had a hard time finding the door and getting in. The place is pretty much as pictured. The location is perfect! Garage parking was nice, but also hard to find. The condo wasn’t too well stocked. There are no wash cloths, no Kleenex, comfy cushions for the sofa, dish soap or cleaner to wipe up or clean any spills. The 3rd stair from the top is loose. We would’ve started a load of sheets like requested, but there were only 3 laundry pods for our 5 night stay. We lived out of our suitcase as there was no where to unpack except a closet with a few hangers. Location location location is everything. This was the best feature.

Santana Row is where to Go!

I usually fly to the Bay Area for friends/family that live in SF/Oakland. Due to the current situation in the those cities, San Jose has become the ideal place for me to stay. Ive stayed in a few different hotels in the area, but this trip was a game changer for me. I will, absolutely, stay in Santana Row each and every time I visit. Monnie was great, the loft was great, exactly as described / shown, the area was perfect. I didn't have to worry about anything. I had a luxury car, no issues. Dining and night life options are abundant. The energy in the streets was great. I can't find one complaint about my entire trip. The drive to Oakland to visit with friends wasn't bad (when you leave at the right time). All in all, I'm looking to stay in this area / this property whenever I visit. Shout to Monnie for laying everything out perfectly, making the check in experience as smooth as possible.

Host was very accommodating and helpful! We found the place easily, and it was centrally located. Awesome view of the shops below, and conveniently located just across the street from a major mall. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and updated. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfectly located comfortable apartment

We loved the apartment, it is roomy, comfortable, and the location is superb. Restaurants and stores all around. It doesn’t really sleep 4 people, unless you want to add the couch as a bed. The downstairs bedroom only has a twin bed. The kitchen is fairly well equipped, but why cook if you have such great restaurants all around you. Walk across the street and get your cappuccino at Cocolat in the morning! Washer and dryer and the parking spot in the garage are a real plus! We would stay again!
