This is a 3rd floor walk up property. Our property is perfectly located in close proximity to downtown Billings, the Billings International Airport, and we are within walking distance from the Rimrock Auto Arena, rodeos, sports, concerts and other entertainment. Montana State University-Billings, the Billings Clinic and the Medical Corridor are 5 minutes away. Whether you are here to ski, hike, do business or recooperate, Starbucks, Alberstons grocery, Target, Office Depot, Tractor and Equipment are within walking distance. Sporting events and convention goers have the luxury of walking to events at the Rimrock Auto Arena from this location. Views of the waterway and Rims from the deck and bay windows are a unique and peaceful feature of this property, which is nestled in old tree growth and abundant wildlife. If you are in need of a quick workout, hit the Yellowstone Bike Trail for a quick workout. We have covered parking for one with plenty of uncovered space. Coin operated Washer and Dryer in the unit. This is a no smoking, no pets unit. This is a residence with a view over a water way abundant with wildlife coming and going.

This condo is very clean and in a great location in Billings, MT. It’s on the third floor and there is no elevator, however that was no problem for our stay. Property owners very responsive.

We loved your place! Quiet and clean, close to everything for sightseeing, groceries, eateries---we had a super time relaxing. Your place is super clean and thank you for taking extra care of us, when our flights were delayed. We did not arrive until after midnight but you still have someone there to open the condo for us. You must stay here. We didn't mind the stairs, that was part of our workout. Thank you so much.

Clean, and close to pretty much everything

The space was very open, and was able to be used for a small family gathering for the holidays. The view from the balcony are beautiful and there are trails right behind the place. Friendly host, kind, clear and very reponsive.

Very nice property

This was a lovely property, very comfortable,and well appointed. Everything we need was right there. Even a free wash and dry cycle. I would highly recommend this property. Extremely comfy and homey.

Another great stay

This is the fourth year we’ve stayed in this unit while at the NILE. The condo is clean, comfortable and well appointed. Brent and Denise are easy to communicate with and we look forward to staying with them again in the future.

Great location & Large Rooms

The condo was very accommodating for our party of 6. Bedrooms are spacious and the dining table has plenty of seating space. Laundry machines are coin operated.

Comfort and beauty away from home.

Beautifully decorated and maintained condo in a great location. Comfortable bed and plenty of room for the four of us. Hot water for all our showers. The full kitchen, washer and dryer were great. All the comforts of home and the decor and furnishings were so appealing.

Will Stay Again!

We booked this place for a business trade show at the Metra. The location was great! If the weather was nicer, you could almost walk there! Communication was great with Brent. Ther place is VERY well stocked and Very clean. We will be booking to stay here again when we come to Billings! Thank you for such a great stay! 10/10

This is the second year we’ve rented this condo. It’s quiet, clean and comfortable. The condo is nicely furnished and is conveniently located to the Metra Park and downtown Billings. Brent and Denise are easy to communicate with and great hosts.

Beautiful Billings stay

Brent and Denise are super hosts.I had everything I wanted. It was quiet. I loved all the wildlife. Red squirrels, bluejays deer,magpies.You can walk to the store and not too far from the airport. I didn't even notice the stairs. You will not be disappointed. Its a beautiful place to stay.

Needed to be in Billings area 10 days

Property was quiet and comfortable even though we were close to main thoroughfare. Beautiful trees and water in the back off the deck. One morning we watch raccoons play in the trees and another day we enjoyed the ducks swimming by. Management was so kind and helpful.

Family Reunion Trip

This up-to-date property met all of our needs. It was close to where we needed to be, close to dining, shopping & the lay-out & design/decor were really pleasing. We felt the condo had lots of room and it also had all that we needed & was well-stocked with things we didn't expect (extra shampoo, etc.) as well. In addition, it was super clean and well-cared for. We would stay here again. We were close to the airport as well. It certainly met all of our needs.

Beautiful Stay/Dealing with Owner-Not So Good

The home and ground were great. The male owner must have had some bad experiences with previous renters. I booked this for employees working in the area and owner was upset I was a no show. We had an employee quit with no notice and we had to swap him with another employee and we didn’t notify the owner-he was upset. When we apologized for the confusion it wasn’t accepted.

Beautifully appointed apartment

The apartment is pristinely clean with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, great living/dining area and kitchen. It has a small balcony which we enjoyed the beautiful weather on. Our only comment is that we are both 77 and we had 2 older women stay overnight with us for 2 nights. The stairs are somewhat of a challenge especially with luggage and supplies. Otherwise it is superb location and if you are a few years younger the stairs would not be an issue. Great Host

Really lovely unit

This property looks just like the pictures! It was quite nicely decorated and furnished. Though on a busy street, the unit is in the back and was very quiet. The owners were very accomodating in being flexible with some changes we needed to make in the length of our stay. We really appreciate that. There are a few items to note: 1. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator 2. In-unit laundry was a great convenience but you'll need $2.00 each per wash and dry. 3. If you are arriving on a hot summer day, ask that the AC be turned on before you arrive. The day we arrived was sweltering and it took all night to finally get the unit cooled down. 4. It would be nice to have some wine glasses available. Overall, we liked the property and will stay here again if we need to be in Billings for an extended time.

Very clean property.

The apartment was very clean and supplied all of our needs. Communication with the owner was excellent and he gave us suggestions for numerous places to eat! I would stay here again if I was in the Billings area.

Almost, but not quite......

The property itself was very nice. Nice area, safe place, clean apartment, really nice furnishings, hosts were very kind and responsive. The only thing we were not very excited about was the check in process. The host requires that they meet you to walk you to the property and let you in the home (we are used to just showing up and letting ourselves in). While this isn't a deal breaker, it was just unexpected at midnight when we arrived. Secondly, they do require that you provide a DL and a credit card to them for incidentals. We already had paid for the insurance and they still took our card...had we elsewhere to go we likely would not have stayed, even after paying. Other than that, the property is very nice, close to Target/restaurants/starbucks and shops and was a pleasant stay.

Great experience and stay

This is the second time we have stayed in a condo owned by Brent. Both times have been exceptional experiences. Brent is easy to deal with and a first class host. The condo was squeaky clean, tastefully furnished and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone staying in Billings for an extended period to stay here.

This property was in an excellent location for day trips. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Contact with owner was fast and efficient. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. Honestly, we have no complaints.
