Terrific Terry House!

Great location. House was very nicely decorated and maintained. We thoroughly enjoy our stay. Centrally location and short walk to restaurants and coffee houses.

Perfect location

This house is the perfect location to access most of Billings within 15 minutes. Very convenient for our purpose of being in Billings. Will stay there again in the future.

Nice, clean home. Easy to get to. Comfortable. Only downside would be that there are tenants in the basement so you could hear them and smell food or whatever and I’m sure they don’t enjoy hearing guests especially with teenagers. But over all was very cute and comfortable.

The couch was nice

First I’ll talk about the nice things: There was a comfortable couch once you got snuggled in, it was clean, the lock worked on the front door and on the door going to the basement. That being said. It would have been nice if even one of the beds was a real bed with a box spring. The listing that i saw said nothing about this being a duplex, but there is down stairs “roommates” that come with this house. I could hear the other people in the house almost continually when they were home. They were fairly respectful “roommates”, but that doesn’t take away from the facts that there are still other people living in this vacation rental. If you are a person who enjoys a good bed then I wouldn’t stay here. The property owner communicated well on the check in /check out instructions. If you are looking for a nice trip to Billings to be alone with your spouse, I would keep looking.

Overall very pleased, with 3bed 1 bath you just have to plan out bathroom time for everyone. There are a lot of rules with quiet time, a long term renter that also stays at the property in their own space so you can’t park in the driveway but there is street space so it was easy. It’s a good location and a chill vibe. You can’t adjust the thermostat so I would recommend taking a travel fan. We would reserve this space again.
