This is a 1BR, 1BA condo in small private a Key West timeshare complex. It is located on a private sandy beach. Coconut Beach is a small timeshare resort on the Atlantic side of Key West. We are renting a 1BR/BA condo that sleeps 4 people in one queen bed and one queen sofa bed. The resort is located between the prime hotel on the island Casa Marina and the number one Key West restaurant Louis Back yard. There is a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sundeck in the private back yard.
