About this property

Three Bedroom Cottage With Views To The Sea | Stabal-Bryn-Hir

This lovely three bedroom cottage with views to the sea, Stabal-Bryn-Hir (also know as Bwythyn Stabal) is surrounded by peaceful woodland. Less than half a mile from the beach and town, it is ideal if you're looking for a quiet holiday retreat which has lots of options for eating out just a short walk from the front door. You'll find the cottage tucked away on the edge of Criccieth on Pen Llŷn (the Llŷn Peninsula). Originally it was the cottage for the horseman looking after the estate's horses. It sleeps up to 5 guests. Well-behaved pets are also welcome.

The cottage is warm, welcoming, and beautifully presented. Set over two floors, the accommodation is bright and very comfortable. As well as a fantastic garden and woodlands to explore, it comes with a well-stocked games barn. Perfect rainy day entertainment for the kids. It's a fantastic little spot. Stabal Bryn Hir is just a short walk from the beautiful seaside town of Criccieth with its medieval castle, browsable boutiques, and big sandy beaches. As well as some excellent places to eat out, there are plenty of activities and water sports to enjoy too. A large entrance hall with coat hooks on the wall, leads into a well proportioned - and well presented - sitting room. The sofas are plump and very comfortable, this is a lovely relaxing den.

The contemporary kitchen diner is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, and a farmhouse style dining table to seat five. There are beautiful views down to the sea from bi-folding doors, which open out into the garden. Here, you'll find a terrace and picnic style table for al fresco dining.

Upstairs, you'll find three very decent sized bedrooms - a king size double and a twin bedroom with sea views, and a lovely single bedroom with dormer window. The bedrooms share a family bathroom, which has a shower over bath.

This lovely three bedroom cottage with views to the sea is surrounded by beautiful grounds, and - as well as that games barn - there's plenty of room for children to run around and explore. And it's not far to walk with buckets and spades down to the beach.

Relax in the lawned gardens to enjoy the local birdsong, and look out for the 600-year-old yew tree in the grounds along with oak, walnut and Douglas Firs. Enjoy the wonderful sea air, with views across the bay to Harlech and the Rhinogydd mountains beyond.

We’re happy to welcome 2 well-behaved dogs. Please keep them supervised at all times and don’t leave them unattended. To keep the space comfy for everyone, we kindly ask that they stay off the furniture and out of the bedrooms.
Feel free to bring their favourite bed, blanket, and anything else to make them feel at home! To keep your furry companions safe, we recommend not leaving them unattended in the garden and always keeping a watchful eye on them during their outdoor adventures. Please make sure to clean up after your dogs in the garden and surrounding areas.
