Whether on land or sea, we offer the best of both worlds with our home that was fully renovated in 2025! Come visit our little piece of heaven in the low country located at 25 Baynard Cove in Sea Pines. Our 7BR/6.5BA spacious home sits on Baynard Creek and has its own private salt-water dock that leads to the ocean. Whether you want to fish off the dock (known for redfish, black drum and flounder), sea-kayak, swim (in the 15 x 30 ft pool with sundeck!), practice your putting skills on the outdoor putting green, bike, or relax on the screened porch, we have it all. Bikes and kayaks are included and we sit 100 yards from the nearest bike trail and a 7 minute walk to the beach. All home furnishings are brand new and home includes 3 full king master bedrooms all with complete bathrooms, 4 guest rooms (3 queen, and one with double bunks including twin over twin and twin over full). One queen bedroom doubles as a large playroom complete with large TV, fooseball table, PAC-MAN and Golden Tee video games. We truly HAVE IT ALL, brand new granite counter tops in the kitchen, a basketball goal in the driveway, ping pong in the garage, and a putting green in the backyard. Also boasts a brand-new outdoor grill perfect for backyard dinners and family time. Located a short bike ride from South Beach Marina and Harbour Town. Book your trip now! Our family had a wonderful stay. The property was recently renovated and was beautiful. There is lots of space which was great for large family meals and also giving people a chance to spread out when people wanted to do different activities.The host and property manager were outstanding. They communicated great and were very accommodating. We hope to stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Family Vacation

This was our 3rd time visiting Hilton Head and by far this property was the BEST!!! The location was perfect and steps away from the beach. The kayaking was great and we got to see a couple alligators while on the property. The supply of bikes and beach chairs was endless. The house had more than enough room and we never felt crowded. I would highly recommend the property to anyone looking to visit.

We’ve been coming to Sea Pines for 25 years and this is by far the best house we’ve ever rented! The amenities that were included were a huge bonus including the bikes, beach chairs, games, and fishing! The fishing was unbelievable and fed us at least 2 meals with spare to take home. The owner and property manager were responsive, helpful, and empathetic to our personal needs and we appreciated that so much! We hope to stay in the house again soon!

Any comments about our stay would be understated. We have always taken our "official" family summer vacation at NC's Crystal Coast. I have always considered the phrase "nothing could be finer than to be in Carolina" to apply exclusively to NC; HOWEVER, after our stay here I am ready to include SC (at least Hilton Head Island) in that designation as well. The house is amazing: plenty of space - towels - bikes - kayaks - life jackets - beach chairs - games - activites - even trash receptacles! - everything! Bob's Sea Pines rental was a great base for my extended family. You cannot beat the location and it was one of the best stocked kitchens of any rental I have stayed at. We really enjoyed the bikes, fishing from the dock, the arcade room, and kayaking right from your own private dock. I would certainly not hesitate to stay here again.

We just wrapped up a great week in HHI. The weather was in the 60s and 70s so the beach wasn't always an option. The kids had so much fun in the pool and in the dock fishing. This was a great house and a great location!

Bob the host and Deborah his property manager were both fantastic. Very flexible and available for questions / help at all times. Really made our trip mischief more enjoyable. The house was perfect for a three generation family. Great layout. It was nice to have bikes, kayaks, and pool toys. The location is great. With 12 people a second refrigerator would have been helpful as we tried to limit grocery runs. The decor was wonderful but needed some paint touchups.

A Perfect Spring Break

Everything was perfect for our stay. We loved having all those bikes, kayaks and the ability to fish in the backyard. We spent many nights watching the ACC tournament and cheering on our favorite teams. Family Sea Pines Vacation 2023

Four families converged from Ohio and New York and we chose this property and location for a week of festivities. The adults and grandchildren took full advantage of all the accessories and equipment that came with the property. A clean, spacious and comfortable interior for all; the screened porch, pool deck area, dock, and kayak launch will be what is remembered the most. My wife and I have had a home in Sea Pines since 2007.We live in Atlanta and make it down to the island as often as possible.

Why they chose this property

While our children enjoy the beach, they equally enjoy the fishing and kayaking offered from the back yard of the house. When at the house our kids spend most of their time fishing or kayaking from the dock in the backyard. The large pool is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or biking through Sea Pines

What makes this property unique

The house is a short bike ride away from both South Beach Marina and Harbour Town. The bike trails nearby make it easy to get lost in Sea Pines either by yourself or with friends and family.
