Welcome to this charming, older farmhouse of 200 m², which is part of a distinctive U-shaped rural property. Here you stay undisturbed in the separate main house with ample space for up to six people. The house offers two cozy living rooms with a fireplace, TV, and Chromecast, as well as three good bedrooms with double beds. There are two bathrooms – one of them with a bathtub – and the kitchen is equipped with modern facilities such as an induction stove and a dishwasher. On the property there is also an apartment on the first floor in the middle wing of the farm. This may be rented out to other guests during the same period. Outside, you have your own private terrace with garden furniture, as well as a large natural plot of approx. 1,000 m² surrounding the main house. The open lawn in the courtyard is shared with guests from the apartment, who may also park in the courtyard. Only 500 meters from the house lies the fjord, ideal for kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and fishing. The area invites relaxation in beautiful natural surroundings, and indoors there are activities such as table football and darts for cozy evenings. The location is perfect for nature lovers seeking peace and authentic rural charm. At the same time, a golf course and activity center are within short distance, and the cozy pedestrian streets and cathedral of Viborg are only a short drive away.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
