Casa Alce is a cosy and spacious home, featuring bright rooms and an elegant design with exposed beams that evoke the authentic charm of Tuscan homes. The property offers a large living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a practical hallway connecting the various areas of the house. There are two large double bedrooms with private bathrooms and one double bedroom with a shared bathroom. In total, the house can accommodate up to 6 people.

Outside, a large private garden surrounds the property, ideal for relaxing in the open air. The entrance is equipped with an automatic gate.

Located in Arezzo, Casa Alce enjoys a strategic location for exploring some of Tuscany’s most fascinating destinations. The city’s historic centre, rich in history and art, is home to treasures such as the Basilica of St. Francis with its frescoes by Piero della Francesca, the Piazza Grande, the Duomo, and the famous Antiques Market that brings the city to life every first weekend of the month.

Just a short distance away are the most picturesque medieval villages of the Val di Chiana and the Casentino: Cortona, with its breathtaking views; Anghiari, one of Italy’s most beautiful villages; and Sansepolcro, the birthplace of Piero della Francesca. Nature lovers can explore the Casentino Forests National Park, while food and wine enthusiasts will find wineries, taverns, and local producers where they can savour Tuscan wines and specialities.
