The apartment accommodates up to six guests and features two bedrooms with a double bed and twin beds, along with a living area that includes a pull-out sofa bed, dining space and television. The layout balances shared and private areas, making it suitable for families or groups. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, while the bathroom offers a bath or shower with WC. A terrace or balcony enhances the overall living space.

Guests can enjoy two heated swimming pools, including one covered, open from April to October, depending on conditions. A sauna and hot tub are available by reservation, while additional amenities include a fitness room, multi-sports field and pétanque court.
