Bei der Ankunft: Zimmer nicht gemacht...Betten benutzt, Badezimmer nicht gereinigt. Neues Zimmer bekommen. Während des Aufenthaltes: Klimaanlage defekt, Kühlschrank nicht vorhanden, Foyer in erbärmlichen Zustand. Teppich stark verschmutzt, Sitzgelegenheiten völlig durchgesessen und verschmutzt, das ganze Hotel "müffelt" feucht. Das Zimmer war aber im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten sauber. Zu den Saunen und zum Restaurant kann ich nichts sagen. Habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen. Hier muss dringend investiert werden. Vorher komme ich sicher nicht wieder.

Hotel hat eine sehr ruhige Lage. Top war für uns. das wir unsere E-Bikes in einem Holzschuppen unterstellen konnte. Dort war auch eine Möglichkeit, die E-Bikes aufladen zu können. Das Zimmer war gut. An der Geschmacklichen-Qualität des Abendessens sollte noch etwas gefeilt werden.

Estaba preocupado por el ruido de la carretera , resultó estar bien. Nuestra habitación era realmente silenciosa, lo cual fue genial para dormir bien por la noche. El bufé del desayuno tenía muchas opciones, y disfrutamos todo lo que probamos. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und fanden die negativen Bewertungen übertrieben, Natürlich ist das Hotel nicht brandneu und man merkt ihm die Jahre an, aber das stört uns nicht im Geringsten, Was die Mitarbeiter angeht: Die Freundlichkeit hängt oft von der eigenen Einstellung ab, Ein großes Lob an das Housekeeping-Team! Neben der Zimmerreinigung wurden auch die Flure und die liebevoll gestaltete Spielecke täglich gepflegt, Es wäre schön, wenn die Eltern ihre Kinder daran erinnern könnten, die Spielsachen nach dem Spielen wieder wegzuräumen, Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel wirklich begeistert, Nach dem Lesen einiger Bewertungen waren wir skeptisch, aber wir wurden sehr positiv überrascht, Die Empfangsdame war äußerst freundlich und das gesamte Personal, das wir getroffen haben, war sehr hilfsbereit, Der erste Abend an der Bar war sehr gemütlich, Unser Zimmer war tadellos sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt, sogar die Handtücher wurden während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthalts ohne Aufforderung gewechselt, Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen, Der Pool wurde während unseres Aufenthalts ebenfalls gereinigt, Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: so vielfältig und reichhaltig, Trotz der Größe des Frühstücksraums fühlte man sich wohl und die Atmosphäre war angenehm entspannt,

Das Badezimmer im Zimmer könnte etwas frischer wirken, es gab gelegentlich unangenehme Gerüche aus der Toilette und das Wasser benötigte eine Weile, um warm zu werden, Der Platz im Zimmer war jedoch ausreichend, Ein bisschen mehr frisches Obst und Gemüse beim Frühstück wäre wünschenswert, Wir haben die Sauna täglich genutzt, allerdings war der Geräuschpegel von der Poolseite bis in die Sauna spürbar, Das Dampfbad war oft nicht warm, da es manuell eingeschaltet werden musste und sich immer wieder ausschaltete - das war nicht optimal, Ein Snackautomat in der Lobby wäre eine tolle Ergänzung, Unser Zimmer war hell, geräumig und sehr gut schallisoliert, die Betten waren äußerst bequem, Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, und der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war wirklich lecker!
