Inside the villa (240 sqm) offers two comfortable living rooms with sofas, TVs, and access to terraces with sea views. Additionally, there are two well equipped kitchens complete with tables and chairs, as well as a laundry room and two guest bathrooms (with toilets) for added convenience.

In the sleeping area, you will find five inviting double bedrooms, each with double beds measuring 180 x 190 cm. These bedrooms boast ensuite bathrooms offering combination bath/shower facilities, and picturesque sea views. Additionally, a single fold-out cot provides an extra bed if required.

Outside you will find a fully fenced Mediterranean garden featuring a lawn, a private swimming pool (measuring 17 m in length; max depth 1.7 m) and a convenient outdoor shower. Additional outdoor amenities include a shady veranda furnished for alfresco dining and relaxation, along with several areas featuring sun loungers for soaking up the sun.
