In the heart of Anjou, this spacious 70 m² eco-gîte welcomes you to a preserved estate, an LPO refuge where swallows nest. The panoramic window in the living room reveals sumptuous sunrises over the countryside. You share this authentic setting with the estate's horses, ponies, and sheep, in an ecological and refined spirit.



On the ground floor, a large living area combines a living room, dining room, and kitchen. An elegant spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find a bright bedroom area with a comfortable bed and a relaxation area with a smart TV. Each piece of furniture has been carefully restored to create an atmosphere that is both romantic and contemporary.



Your 30 m² terrace and 100 m² private garden (ready in spring 2026) offer a haven of peace on the edge of the estate. From May to October, you can enjoy a large 60 m² shared eco-friendly saltwater swimming pool, nestled in an orchard with citrus, apple, cherry, plum, pear, and fig trees for natural and relaxing swims.



The riches of Anjou are just a stone's throw away: the châteaux of Brissac and Saumur, vineyards, troglodyte villages, Terra Botanica, the Bioparc de Doué and the Mystère des Faluns. Travel along the Loire by bike (rental available on site) or by traditional boat. Angers and the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud complete this exceptional heritage.
