Located in the sleepy rural department of Lot et Garonne, La Nique stands in a hectare of parkland with spectacular views all around . The nearest house is about 250 meters away, with just 3 others along the track. 4 double beds in the four bedrooms, plus 2 x 2 bunks, with an optional sheet service available. The house is particularly suitable for families & children. There is a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms (and an additional WC). Outside, there is a large private heated pool and an all weather tennis court, as well as BBQ, table tennis, bar football, croquet, boules, swings etc. Plus 3 patios for al fresco dining.
