Indeed, the place is close to the Châteaux de la Gironde, visits to Périgord, Landes to the Atlantic Ocean, ... to Bordeaux, Agen, Toulouse, ... Choose, discovery is yours ....

Private heated swimming pool - Treatment with 'salt' (9.20m * 5.20m) - The Swimming pool is available from JUNE to SEPTEMBER (or even mid-October depending on season) (the pricing applied to other periods takes this into account!).
The Swimming pool is accessible to our guests under the responsibility of the user! For everyone's happiness, take care of the safety and usage instructions….

Equipment :
260m² house on different levels (stairs) on a 56a green plot (including 20a in pasture) offering 3 Bedrooms (3 * 1 double bed and 4 * 1 single bed + 1 Baby bed possible), 1 Mezzanine, large living room ( 60m²), 2 open fires, Kitchen with 'modern' comfort, fully equipped (with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kitchen equipment, table service, etc.), TV with satellite dish, DVD player, IPod player, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, parking for 2 cars,…

Sleeps:
The house is equipped with 3 bedrooms (Ground floor: 1 Bedroom 2 * 2 bunk beds + 1 * 1 double bed (which is an ideal room for children) - Floor: 2 Bedrooms with double bed 2 pers. - 1 mezzanine converted into a living room TV / DVD (and 1 toddler bed available). All of which can accommodate a maximum of 9 people. Beds, duvets (1 pers.) And cushions are at your disposal BUT do not forget to bring sheets and covers for the duvets (failing this, possibility of loan upon confirmation?) !
From a practical point of view, we recommend installing the children's room on the ground floor (4 * 1 single bed + 1 double bed) in order to avoid moving upstairs and near a TV lounge / DVD dedicated to them!


HOBBIES

The secure private POOL (920cm / 520cm / 140cm) is newly fitted to the house.

AILLAS: Nicely situated at the bottom of a valley, crossed by the Bassanne, this small rural village is known for its 12th century church, a medieval monument registered by the commission of historic monuments among 1st class monuments.
Aillas, Walk in Aillas-le-Vieux (11th century church)
Bazas: Bimillenary Gothic cathedral (1233) listed as World Heritage by UNESCO, 13th century stained glass windows, grandiose and arcaded square.
