About this property

The Mouline farm located in one of the most beautiful landscapes of Entre-Deux-Mers

Ideally located, the Mouline farm is located halfway between Sauternes and Saint-Emilion, between the bastide of Sauveterre de Guyenne and the medieval village of Saint-Macaire. The owners are on site and can advise you on all the attractions of the region. Overlooking an "ocean of vines", the farm has 4 comfortable themed rooms, the starting point for many hikes. Enjoy the 4.5mx10 salt pool. 5 m flat bottom 1.45m, private terrace, 35 hectare forest bordered by vineyards, as well as Lesley's welcome!

Description of the rooms
You always wanted to visit the Orient, Africa, Asia or Europe! So do not hesitate any longer and go to the Mouline farm to visit the continents.

Orient Room
In a spicy and saffron atmosphere, the Orient room has two twin beds. Large hammam-style bathroom with WC, shower cabin 1.2mx1. 2m and hydrojet massage.

Africa Room
Decorated in the colors of the savannah and the laterite of the runway, the Africa room has a large bed, plus a second extra double bed. Bathroom with shower and WC.

Asia Room
The bright red and pale green "bamboo" give an exotic atmosphere to the Asia room which has a large double bed, large closet and wardrobe. Celadon green bathroom with shower cubicle and WC.

Europe Room
Back in Europe, we will find cream and pale green colors for this room with antique furniture and a 160 x 200 bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, a shower and a separate toilet.

Living room of 30 m² with fireplace with adjoining kitchen opening onto the large terrace. Reading room and TV of 25 m² with sofa bed.
Do not hesitate to discover the "forest of the Wolf" of 35 hectares where you will discover an authentic palombière.
Large possibility of parking for bikes and motorbikes.

Fabulous Stay

We had an amazing stay in Lesley and her husbands gorgeous property (amazing hosts). The house was fully equipped with everything you would ever need for a family group of 10. Set in one of the most picturesque settings in France. Beautiful gardens and pool. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend. A car is required to visit shops etc.

Lovely house and amazing outside space

The swimming pool was amazing and kids played for hours in it. The outside area space was great both around the pool and patio area which was great for eating outside as a group. The house was perfect for a group of family and friends and the four bathrooms were useful for a large group. Kitchen had a massive range of things to cook and serve food which is often an issue with rentals if you want to eat in. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and their home grown tomatoes were lovely!

Séjour bucolique

Nous avons passé un court séjour dans ce charmant petit domaine où se melange la sérénité, le calme et un sentiment de liberté grâce aux immenses espaces sans vis à vis. Lieu propice pour se reposer ou se retrouver. Merci aux propriétaires qui sont d'une bienveillance remarquable.

Überaus entzückend (trè jolie)

Wer ein kleines Paradies in Mitten der Weinberge sucht, wird hier fündig. Dem liebevoll eingerichteten, sowie sauberen Häuschen fehlte es an nichts, was uns zum verweilen und abschalten einlud. Ausflüge und Unternehmungen in der Region sind dank zahlreicher Möglichkeiten und Insider-Tips der Gastgeber kein Problem. Generell wurden wir sehr herzlich aufgenommen und so waren auch die, mitunter recht lautstarke, Badegänge unserer Kinder in der wunderschönen Poolanlage kein Problem. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren am Tag der Weiterreise fast etwas traurig, diesen schönen Flecken Erde verlassen zu müssen. Eine absolute Empfehlung. All you can do, is to be kind and friendly! 😊❤️

Propriété très calme au milieu des vignes. L'accueil a été très agréable . L'amabilité et la convivialité des propriétaires sont extra. Aucunes remarques sur l'aménagement du gîte. Avec la salle de bains et les sanitaires pour chaque chambre, c'est parfait. Le matériel extérieur (tables,chaises, transats, etc )est très complet. Quant à la piscine c'est le complément idéal du gîte.

Wonderful vacation

Lesley and Daniel were very welcoming hosts. Our family enjoyed our stay in this quiet, idyllic setting among the vineyards and fruit trees. Their home was a great gathering place for our family. We loved the fact that each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. Their beautiful pool was a treat for all.

Location géniale, propriétaires adorables = séjour formidable !

Lesley et Daniel nous ont accueillis de façon admirable ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur gentillesse ainsi que leur grande disponibilité. La maison est très spacieuse et vraiment bien aménagée : les quatre grandes chambres avec leur sdb/wc sont un réel atout. Nous avons largement profité de la belle piscine au sel ainsi que du jardin et du bois pour nos ballades à l'ombre. Bref, grâce à nos charmants hôtes, nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise et avons eu du mal à quitter les lieux. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Quasi parfait

Lesley et Daniel sont un couple extrêmement accueillant.Je pense que c'est la première chose qu'il faut préciser. Nous étions 4 adultes et 5 enfants, repartis dans les 4 chambres que propose le gîte.Celles ci étaient spacieuses, et propres, chacune avec un thème qui assortissait les couleurs. La ferme, quand a elle est magnifique, entourée de vignes, avec de nombreux choses alentours a visiter, a pied, en vélo ou en voiture. N'oublions pas la piscine, suffisamment grande pour tout le monde, et entretenue régulièrement. Pour le détail, vous avez un supermarché a 7 mn en voiture, et une boulangerie a 5 ouverte tout les matins. Et bien entendu, des caves a vins, de la dégustations, des sites historiques a visiter, etc... PS : Daniel, n'oubliez pas les couteaux de cuisine !
