About this property
Pretty character house with swimming pool in Entre deux Mers (min. 5 nights)
Located in a village of Entre Deux Mers, surrounded by vineyards, this beautiful stone house, fully renovated, with heated outdoor pool, will allow you to pleasantly discover the region of Saint-Emilion and its castles (17 km) , the magnificent city of Bordeaux, listed as World Heritage by UNESCO (40 mins), the Arcachon Bay and the Dune du Pyla (1h15), the Atlantic coast and the nearby Périgord.
Ideal for cycling, the cycle path that connects Sauveterre de Guyenne to the Atlantic coast through woods, fields, vineyards, passes close to the house and to Bordeaux.
The house has 9 beds spread over the main house and an outbuilding. The whole is rented to a single tenant and is therefore perfect for two families of friends or "two generations" who, while wishing to share their holidays can do so independently.
The main house with dovecote (18th century) consists of a large fitted kitchen, a large living room, a small TV / Wifi lounge, an attic bedroom with 140 cm bed and private bathroom, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, a shower and a sink. 2 separate toilets, one on the ground floor, one upstairs.
The outbuilding includes an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, bathroom and WC, and a small living room which can accommodate the sleeping of a child.
The house has a children's high chair and a travel cot to accommodate the little ones.
Possibility of adding an inflatable bed / mattress for 2 people in one or the other house.
Three beautiful stone and wood terraces surround the main house, two of which overlook a valley not overlooked. On the stone terrace you can enjoy a pleasant breakfast in the rising sun. For lunch, you will have lunch in the shade of the hazel trees on one of the wooden terraces overlooking the valley. During the day, it is the sun terrace of the swimming pool also overlooking the valley which will welcome you and from which you can, comfortably seated in an outdoor lounge, admire a superb sunset.
On arrival, free outdoor parking spaces are available and to make the most of your stay, beds will be made and towels will be provided.
