Welcome to this lovely 100-square-meter cottage, which offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and natural tranquility. From the large panoramic windows in the living room, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the surrounding forest, while the sound of the sea creates the perfect atmosphere for your vacation.





The layout of the house is well thought out, with two spacious bedrooms, each measuring 20 square meters, providing plenty of space for relaxation. There are two bathrooms and an outdoor shower, and the bright living room with its large windows creates a special connection to the nature outside.





The 75-square-meter wooden terrace surrounds the house and allows you to follow the sun throughout the day. Here you can enjoy breakfast with a view of the forest or relax with a good book in the afternoon sun.





The house is just 150 meters from the beach via a charming forest path. You can explore the many hiking trails in the area, take a round at Nexø Golf Course, or drive the 5 kilometers to Snogebæk, where you will find cozy restaurants and the local herring smokehouse.

A very nice, tastefully furnished vacation home. We felt right at home. The kitchen is fantastically equipped—it’s a pleasure to cook here. The location is perfect: the forest, the sea, and the charming little town.
