Great place to stay in the Green Mountains

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Green Mountains this summer. The house was just the right size for our needs and very comfortable with an open living area on the first floor that encouraged group activities. The location, just north of the village of Stowe was convenient to both outdoor activities and the village while being very private at the end of a quiet drive. We'd definitely stay here again when we next visit the area. Thanks!

A very comfortable, well outfitted and private house

The house is quiet and private, on the back end of a small road with no neighbors in view, but some close enough to not feel isolated. Some fun glimpses of local wildlife (woodchuck, foxes) were common. Very nicely decorated with many touches of Asia. The kitchen is very well provisioned with spices and other complementary items and the essentials are all there. Good yard space for games and nice new grill for BBQs. Also games in the basement which is nice for rainy days. Rooms were good enough to sleep 6 on normal beds and extras on pullouts if needed. One upstairs bedroom lacks a bureau. Communication with the owner was generally good, although there were a few delays and inconsistencies. In particular a malfunctioning shower. The owner uses the house also and the personal touch that makes a house feel like a home was everywhere, making for a very enjoyable stay. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this house to family and friends and anyone else reading this.

Perfect House, Perfect Location

My family and friends rented this property for a Stowe Mtn. ski weekend for the long MLK weekend. It was perfect! The entire house is beautifully decorated and has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. 2 1/2 baths is fantastic. I had the most wonderful sleep in the bed in the master bedroom and everyone wanted to shower in the master bath - which was a double shower with two rain showerheads. Every bed was comfortable and Bryan even made sure that there was an extra bed setup. The kitchen was well equipped, so we had no issues making meals. The location is really great. Just right off the main road and minutes from Downtown Stowe and a few more to the mountain. Bryan shares alot of great information about where to go and eat, tips on getting to different mountains, etc. which is very helpful and appreciated. A very great value and a great place to rent! Even the two 21-year olds raved many times about how great a place it was. We had a wonderful time and made wonderful memories.
