The well-equipped kitchenette includes ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster everything needed for easy, self-catered stays. A modern bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, and integrated WC adds comfort, creating a compact yet functional retreat with a warm alpine feel.

In winter, the nearby Gresse-en-Vercors ski area offers 21 km of slopes for all levels, easily accessible via a free shuttle stopping just opposite the residence.
