INTERIOR

An exquisite, thoughtfully designed adults-only retreat offering exceptional comfort and privacy. Each of the three spacious bedroom suites is fully self-contained, featuring large beds, private bathrooms, and its own area for reading and relaxation, each also including a TV—ideal for couples seeking personal space and independence within a shared residence. (Please note that 2 suites are within the main house and the third suite is adjacent to the pool, 20m from the main house).



The interiors are bright, modern, and colorful, with carefully curated artwork and stylish décor throughout. A well-equipped communal kitchen forms the heart of the home, featuring two preparation areas, making it ideal for varied cooking needs and special dietary requirements. The dining area sits directly beside the kitchen and overlooks the pool, creating a seamless flow between indoor living and outdoor views.



OUTDOOR LIVING

The outdoor space is designed for relaxation and enjoyment throughout the day. A private swimming pool provides the perfect setting for a refreshing morning dip, gentle exercise, cooling off in the heat of the day. The pool can also be heated during cooler months for an additional charge. Sun loungers are provided for relaxation, and a table positioned in the sunshine creates the perfect spot for leisurely breakfast and morning coffee outdoors.

ACCESS & PARKING

This is private accommodation, and guests will have full access to all advertised areas and facilities. The villa rooms are all on one level and there are no steps within the property itself. On-street parking is available nearby with charges between 09h and 19h and there are free car parks located at various points in the town. Please note that the upper apartment may occasionally be occupied. In such cases, residents may need to cross the poolside patio to enter or exit the property.

•Personal Check-In: Whenever possible, a Guest Service Manager will welcome you on arrival. Some properties use key boxes if a personal check-in is not possible/required.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

•AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

•Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.



GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION

For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:

•You will verify your personal details.

•You can choose between a refundable damage deposit and a non-refundable damage waiver.

We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
