This stone house is located in the quietest area of the property, surrounded by 34 hectares of countryside on the border between Tuscany and Umbria.



The house retains its original charm with a large period fireplace, where people once sheltered from the cold. The historic floor tells its centuries-old story. The double bedroom and two single beds provide space for the family, while the bathroom completes the accommodation.



The private garden overlooks the countryside and is equipped with a table, chairs, and sun loungers for you to relax on. The hillside location provides a refreshing breeze on summer evenings. The panoramic swimming pool has a parasol, sun loungers, and deck chairs. The communal barbecue allows you to cook while admiring the landscape.



You are in the center of an extraordinary area. In a short time, you can reach Montepulciano, Pienza, Orvieto, Città della Pieve, and Castiglione del Lago. The thermal baths of San Filippo and Bagno Vignoni are ideal for a wellness break. The large green spaces allow for walks in the open countryside.
