Welcome to a charming apartment located in an ancient residential complex in the hills between Lucca and the Versilia coast. From here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and Lake Massaciuccoli, a WWF protected area. Imagine the tranquility and inspiration of the surrounding landscapes, which also inspired composer Giacomo Puccini.
The apartment is tastefully furnished with a mix of antique and modern furniture that perfectly complements the exposed beams and stone floors. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed and fireplace, a small kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Particularly noteworthy are the colorful Andy Warhol-style portraits that adorn the walls.
Outside, you will find a private furnished area where you can enjoy your meals al fresco or simply relax with a book.
The 4 x 7 meter swimming pool, shared with two other apartments, is perfectly located to enjoy the view to the fullest (the pool is accessible from April 1 to October 31).
