You will stay in two fully renovated stone houses in the heart of a village with 200 inhabitants. The main house combines vintage charm with modern comfort, while the converted barn offers a unique English pub atmosphere with its games and relaxation areas.



The bourgeois house has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a dining room. There are four bedrooms with four bathrooms spread over the floors. The barn has a second open-plan kitchen, a comfortable living room, table football, darts, arcade machines, and board games. There is a bedroom with a private bathroom on the mezzanine.



You can enjoy two sunny terraces, a pergola with a dining area for 10 people and a barbecue, as well as a private stone swimming pool. The estate also includes a private cinema room and a gym equipped with a sauna, treadmill, and rowing machine for your well-being.



You can explore Futuroscope, a theme park for the whole family, just 30 minutes away. The Vallée des Singes (Monkey Valley) delights young and old alike. Discover the medieval town of Chauvigny with its five castles, the Abbey of Saint-Savin and the Château de Monthoiron, which offers fun activities for children.
