The 41 m2 apartment has been renovated, the terrace of 11 m2 is covered and faces south. It is located in a small luxury residence landscaped and wooded, very quiet. Interphone, private parking doubly professional sécurisé.Climatisation in living room, kitchen and bedroom, contemporary furniture, hardwood floors, white leather sofa 140 Roche Bobois, TV 81 cm LED Office, griddle, oven makes microwave and conventional cooking, dishwasher, large closets in the bedroom, new bedding in 160 Merino, washing machine, towel heater in the bathroom, big garden furniture table glass / aluminum with 6 chairs, 2 fishing rods at once and 2 reel launch provided.
The residence is 10 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the shops.
Pets are not allowed and the apartment is non smoking.
This is a second home very upscale and not an apartment for summer rental massive.

Nice reception by caring host
The hosts were very friendly and caring all the time from we made the booking until we arrived back home. The apartment was very clean and was very consistent with the pictures on this web site. Calm area.The level distance was a bit bigger than expected, also in the neighbourhood which means that from the street you had a nice view towards Cap d'Agde. Bus stop for 2 bus lines just outside the entrance of the building. 5 minutes by car or bus to Auchan a very good supermarket. 5 minutes walk to the cemetary where you can find the grave of George Brassens. Walking distance to small shops and nice restaurants and a Casino. Plenty of space at the large beaches at 10-15 minutes walking distance. We enjoyed our 2 weeks stay a lot.

comme à la maison
rare pour une location de vacances, un appartement dont l'équipement et la qualité correspondent à une résidence principale (avec une place de parking, des vélos et un barbecue à disposition) -tranquilité, sécurité sont assurés. Sa situation nécessite un véhicule pour le centre ville et son marché dont le mercredi (un incontournable pour le poisson au barbecue). plages à 10' à pied
