In this cozy summer house, classic 1960s architecture meets modern spaciousness. The new addition from 2024 offers plenty of space and natural light, while the original small bedrooms and compact kitchen preserve the house’s authentic charm.



Inside, you’ll experience a thoughtful balance between old and new. The addition features comfortable living areas with high ceilings, where light streams in and invites you to gather and relax.



The garden is a wild oasis that offers privacy and tranquility. At the bottom lies the “forest” - an untouched natural area where you can build dens, create paths, and explore freely. A large cherry tree grows here, and deer often visit. The beach is just 200 meters from the house.



Havnebyen's coffee shop serves delicious pizza in the backyard during the summer, while the local wine shop "Kiosk" offers an impressive selection of wines. Stop by Tir Bakery before 8 a.m. to try their famous sesame bread. Birkemosegård supplies biodynamic vegetables to Michelin-starred restaurants in Copenhagen - visit their farm shop.
