Welcome to this charming house in Solrød, right next to a beautiful sandy beach and forest. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of nature, the sound of the sea, and the birdsong—all without any traffic noise. The house is within walking distance of the Solrød town center, which offers restaurants, shops, and everything you might need for a relaxing vacation.



Inside, the house offers cozy comfort with plenty of space for the whole family. The original cottage style has been preserved, but with modern conveniences. The cottage is well-maintained and radiates Danish coziness. There is even the option to charge your electric car nearby.



Outside, a large garden awaits, offering plenty of space for play and relaxation. Here you can enjoy the sun while the children play, or take a stroll down to the beach, which is right in the backyard.



The area around the house offers plenty of experiences. In addition to the nearby beach, there are great opportunities for walks in the protected forest, and the Solrød Center is just a short walk away. You can also take the train into Copenhagen—it only takes 25 minutes.



Please note that in addition to the main house, there is a separate guesthouse on the property with its own entrance. This is where our discreet neighbor, Jannik, lives. You will have the entire garden and the surrounding area all to yourselves, so you can relax and enjoy your stay

A very nice, spacious house with bright rooms, loc...

A very nice, spacious house with bright rooms, located just a short walk from the beach (no more than a 5-minute walk). Supermarkets and a truly delicious bakery are also within a 15-minute walk.
