Island house on private island with sea view

Welcome to a unique experience on a private island where tranquility and nature are at the center. Here you live next door to sea eagles and seals, surrounded by the endless horizon of the sea. The archipelago house is newly built and perfectly adapted for nature lovers who value sustainability and simplicity.



The house covers 43 sqm plus a 10 sqm loft and has an open floor plan with plenty of windows that let in plenty of light. The interior is rustic with modern touches, and all energy comes from solar panels. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and hob, and water is stored in cans.



Outside, you can enjoy breakfast on the rocks, whatever the wind direction. Evenings are magical with sunsets from the veranda and minimal boat traffic. A spacious sauna awaits you at dusk, complete with the option to wash with heated rainwater.



The area offers great opportunities for rowing and kayaking. For the fishing enthusiast, there are chances to catch both perch and sea trout depending on the season. It is a perfect place for those who are looking for a relaxing retreat from everyday stress.
