You live in a turn-of-the-century house where history meets modern luxury. Built in the late 1800s as a guest house for the Lyckorna spa resort, when visitors sought salt baths and the beautiful landscape of Bohuslän. Every detail has been carefully renovated with a sense of building conservation.



An exclusively renovated 240 m² home in authentic turn-of-the-century style. Photographic art and new experiences await in every room. Here you will find both sea views and total privacy – no one can see in, just peace and quiet.



A garden where you can relax in the sauna after a day by the sea. Cliffs, swimming spots, and crab fishing are just 100 meters away.



Restaurants and piers are within walking distance. Golf and padel tennis are 2 minutes away. Explore Smögen (45 min), Marstrand (50 min), or go to Gothenburg in 40 minutes. Trains and buses run frequently.
