Avant de parler de l'hébergement, parlons des propriétaires. Patricia et Juan sont des gens formidables, très accueillants et disponibles, toujours avec le sourire et dans la bienveillance !L'hébergement est parfaitement bien situé, à proximité de la plage et d'une supérette. Tout est faisable à pieds. La ville de Riumar est très propre et calme.La maison est top : il y a tout ce qu'il faut en terme d'équipement et c'est très propre. Je recommande vivement et j'espère pouvoir y revenir prochainement avec ma famille !

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus.

Es war ein Sehr schöner Urlaub, der Strand war nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Frische Brötchen ist ein Spaziergang entfernt was mit Hund schnell passiert war. In der Umgebung ist alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Besitzer vom Haus sind sehr sehr Lieb und helfen gerne bei Fragen aller Art. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles da was man braucht und es ist nicht kaputt oder abgerockt.Vielen Dank noch mal für die Schöne Zeit.

La maison était parfaite et propre à notre arrivée. Elle disposait de tout l’équipement nécessaire pour passer un séjour confortable. Piscine au top : propre, ensoleillée toute la journée, un vrai bonheur pour les enfants qui s’y sont bien amusés. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et souriants, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée d’autant plus agréable. Le lieu est superbe et calme, mais un peu reculé : mieux vaut être véhiculé pour les courses et les sorties. Enfin, la proximité de la plage est un vrai plus, très appréciable.

Belles vacances à Ruimar

Maison très bien équipée et très propre à notre arrivée! Située à 300 m de la plage, c'est top! La piscine est un vrai plus! Les enfants se sont régalés!! A noter que la climatisation est en option. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles si besoin. Une belle semaine de vacances😉

Villa et endroit magnifique

Tout d'abord nous tenions à remercier énormément Patricia et Joan pour leurs accueil chaleureux et leurs gentillesse; Pour la Villa rien à dire tout est conforme à la description, très propre et très bien entretenu si on avait la possibilité de mettre plus que 5 étoiles nous l'aurions mis sans aucune hésitation, l'endroit et l'emplacement sont idéaux pour les personnes cherchant le calme et l'apaisement, quartiers résidentiel très propres, la plage et sur une ligne droite à 4 ou 5 minutes de marche, donc en résumé nous avons gardé que de bons souvenirs de notre séjour à Riumar et nous recommandons cette villa et cette destination pour toute personne hésitante à vouloir découvrir cette endroit. Mooie vakantiewoning, rustige omgeving

We hebben een week in de vakantiewoning van Patricia vakantie gevierd. De woning is met 3 slaapkamers ruim genoeg en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het terras en het zwembad zijn top! De ontvangst was heel hartelijk en persoonlijk. Ook de check out was heel relaxed. Hoewel het in de advertentie lijkt dat de airco standaard aanwezig is, is het gebruik van de airco alleen mogelijk tegen bijbetaling. Ook linnengoed is niet standaard in de huurprijs meegenomen. De omgeving is heel rustig want alleen maar laagbouw met veel vakantiehuizen en een paar restaurants. Het strand is perfect voor kleinere kinderen. Voor onze kids van 13 en 15 was er wat minder te doen. Riumar ligt in een delta gebied, dus een goede muggenspray is nodig. Om in de omgeving iets te bezoeken, ben je minimaal een uur aan het rijden, dus houd hier rekening mee. Wij hebben er een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Rundum schöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut gelegen. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist mit Kinder (4 und 7 Jahre) leicht erreichbar und das Meer ideal, da es sehr flach abfallend ist. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir waren im Juni 2019 zum zweiten Mal in diesem Domizil. Es gab viele Neuerungen, hier wird sich noch richtig Mühe gegeben. Super Sauber und gepflegt, nette Vermieter, alles da was man braucht. Ruhige Lage zum Strand ca. 300m. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zahlreiche Restaurants vor Ort. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Empfehlung 100%.
