The two bedrooms each have their own style, and a heat pump and wood-burning stove ensure comfort all year round, so the house can be enjoyed regardless of the season.



The terrace offers various seating areas, an outdoor fireplace, and direct access to a large lawn for garden games and play. The controlled wild backyard provides peace and space, and here you can often experience a rich bird and animal life up close. The annex has its own bathroom with underfloor heating, and in the summer, the glamping tent expands the possibilities for open-air accommodation.



The Gudenåen river is close by for canoeing, and Sminge Lake offers a bird tower, swimming, and fishing just 200 meters from the house. The area is characterized by many undisturbed natural areas that invite you to go for walks. Experience the panoramic view from Troldhøj, visit the Jysk Automobile Museum in Gjern, or enjoy Silkeborg's cafés and sailing with the paddle steamer Hjejlen to Himmelbjerget.
