The Alte Zuhaus is located in the heart of Sachrang, a mountaineering village in the Alps at an elevation of 740 meters. Here, you’re surrounded by forests, alpine pastures, and mountain peaks—a place that naturally helps you unwind. The two bedrooms are paneled with fragrant Swiss stone pine, which promotes restful sleep, and the wood-burning stove radiates cozy warmth on cool evenings.
The house accommodates up to four people and combines alpine coziness with thoughtful comfort. After a day in the mountains, you can relax in your own sauna in the wellness area. The central wood-burning stove, with its gentle crackling, makes the vacation home a true retreat.
A fully fenced garden surrounds the house—perfect for children and dogs who want to roam freely. The ping-pong table invites you to enjoy some family-friendly matches, while you walk barefoot through the grass and breathe in the mountain air. One or two dogs are warmly welcome here and can look forward to a break in the countryside. However, we ask for your understanding that we do not accommodate other pets.
Hiking trails start right outside the front door; in winter, the cross-country ski trail runs past the garden, and the ski lift is just 500 meters away. In the village, you’ll find an award-winning village store, down-to-earth taverns, and a beer garden—all within easy walking distance.
