This charming cottage from 1942 has been completely renovated with modern materials and overlooks Helnæs Bay. From both the house and the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful views of the water as you relax.
The bright kitchen-dining room merges with the living room and creates a lovely social atmosphere. Two bedrooms, one of which has both a double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and underfloor heating throughout the house ensures year-round comfort.
From the well-placed terrace, you can follow the sun from morning to evening. The inviting grounds give you your own private area where you can relax and enjoy nature.
In the surrounding area you'll find the beautiful beach 'Feddet' and the scenic peninsula Helnæs. Explore the historic center of Assens, visit Helnæs Mill or take a day trip to Odense to experience H.C. Andersen's footsteps and the city's many attractions.
