About this property

Fisherman's house from 1856 by National Park Thy

You’ll be staying in a carefully renovated fisherman’s cottage from 1856, situated on a unique natural plot just outside Agger. The house has been designed with a focus on natural materials and an authentic atmosphere, where wood takes center stage. The large sunroom is the heart of the home, offering views of nature in three directions and a lovely flood of natural light that creates a peaceful atmosphere.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen in an open-concept layout. The house features a bedroom with a double bed and an additional room with two single beds, as well as a bathroom. The wood-burning stove can heat most of the house, and there are also two heat pumps and radiators in every room. A total of 104 square meters for four guests.

Outside, a central tiled terrace with a grill and dining area awaits, along with a property that consists primarily of wild nature. In the summer, it’s beautiful with wildflowers. Here, there are several hundred meters to the neighbors on both sides and very few cars on the gravel road, so you can relax in peace and quiet.

The location gives you direct access to Thy National Park and Agger Tange, with walks through the unique landscape. Just 500 meters from the house, you can walk up to the dike and enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the area. Just a few kilometers away lie both the wild North Sea and the gentle Limfjord. The town of Agger offers everything from Michelin-starred restaurants to traditional grilled sausages and is within cycling distance of the house.
