In a historic part of Saltsjöbaden, where nature meets the sea, lies this charming National Romantic villa from 1911. Here you can enjoy a perfect blend of privacy and accessibility, with the nature reserve as a neighbor on three sides of the plot.
The recently renovated interior of the house breathes romance and history. On the ground floor, a generous kitchen with a central island and a cozy fireplace welcomes you. A tiled living room, a dining room and practical spaces complete the downstairs. The upper floor houses four bedrooms, two of which are doubles, and a bathroom with both shower and bath.
The 2300 square meter plot is a natural oasis where garden meets wilderness. A majestic oak tree with swings, a rose garden and an elegant iron gazebo create different spaces for relaxation. There is also a separate guest house with a sofa bed and a garden house for added convenience.
