Welcome to a personally decorated holiday home on a beautiful natural plot, where tranquility descends as soon as you close the garden gate behind you. A perfect combination of privacy and proximity to city life awaits you here, just 250 meters from both the beach and the market square.



The house offers three tastefully decorated rooms, each in its own pastel color, complimented by white profile boards on the walls. The atmospheric living room with ceiling to ceiling and large windows creates a natural connection to the garden, while the recently renovated bathroom pampers with both a spacious shower and underfloor heating.



The fenced-in natural grounds are a paradise of fragrant shrubs and wild blackberries. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun, take a hot outdoor shower or spend warm summer evenings with the distant sounds of live music from Larsens Plads.



From the grounds of the house, it's a short distance to Marielyst's many experiences. Visit one of Denmark's most beautiful beaches with its long jetty, explore the charming shops in the market square, or explore the Bøtø Forest where the wild horses graze. The area also offers excellent eateries such as Hotel Nørrevang and the idyllic Pomlenakke Traktørsted.

Incredibly hospitable hosts. Great service—everything you see is available for use. The vacation home is close to town and the beach—but there’s no noise from the town. We really enjoy cooking on our vacations—and here the facilities are great, with a brand-new grill. A well-appointed house with lots of character—we appreciate that, and it made us feel right at home.

From the very beginning, our interactions with Jeanette and Thomas were exceptionally warm. Both before and during our vacation, we always received prompt replies and plenty of helpful tips in advance. We’ve never stayed in a vacation home that was so lovingly decorated and, at the same time, so incredibly well-equipped. It really has everything you could want! We felt completely at home from the very first moment. The outdoor area and the garden are also beautifully landscaped. The bedrooms are a bit small, but the beds are unbelievably comfortable—we all slept wonderfully. My personal highlight: sitting there in the morning with a cup of coffee and suddenly spotting a deer in the garden. 🦌❤️ A beautiful moment! For us, this was a truly exceptional vacation home with absolutely wonderful hosts. We’d come back anytime!

It’s unbelievable how you can live in such a centr...

It’s unbelievable how you can live in such a central location and yet still have it so quiet. We felt right at home in the house from the very first minute. The beach was just a stone’s throw away. And if you’d rather head to the “center” for happy hour, you just had to take that same short walk in the other direction. The whole house is furnished with such care and high-quality taste that you really want for nothing! And the warm outdoor shower was a dream! And it’s unbelievable how beautifully empty the beach was, even during peak season. It was almost as if we had the Baltic Sea all to ourselves 😉 Since we were there with two families (six people), the only criticism—if you can even call it that—would be the lack of a closet to store our suitcases. Everything is so well thought out and utilized that we had to live out of our suitcases, but that wasn’t a problem at all. We highly recommend this place and would come back anytime!
